What a convention: three days at the Palais of the Berlin Exhibition Center, with 3,000 dealer partners from 16 European countries, joined by top management from Korea’s pioneer in e-mobility. At the central event hub on the exhibition grounds, across 15 hotels and various off-site locations in Berlin, JOKE delivered for the third time Kia’s largest European dealer convention — with full-service support from program development and planning to execution, guest handling, and event production.
Electromobility and sustainability were key topics — brought to life with a brand-aligned experience across multiple exhibition areas: from a networking lounge and integrated showroom to a convention hall featuring an XL multimedia show, a variety of catering zones (lunch lounge, dinner venue), and a stylish club for after-show networking and live entertainment.
Beyond the core program at Messe Berlin, we developed and managed tailored country-specific side programs — including dinners, national conferences, and sightseeing tours. One of JOKE’s largest convention projects to date was executed using our own 360° in-house resources. A vital success factor: our professional guest handling – from digital registration using our subsidiary DGS’s software (link auf engl. Result: Consistently positive feedback from both clients and participants. Dealer loyalty was sustainably strengthened, and stakeholders were fully aligned with Kia’s strategy — inspired and motivated to pursue shared goals in the areas of electromobility and sustainability.
