For the 100th anniversary of the Lübeck-based family business BAADER, we created a holistic brand experience that unveiled the company’s refreshed brand identity right on time for this historic milestone. Our strategic consulting covered the repositioning of the brand, including a new corporate design and a CD guide.
The integrated anniversary communication spanned internal and external platforms (intranet, anniversary website), storytelling, content strategy, and co-development of a company chronicle.
In the live communication segment, we supported the launch of a new exhibition booth with comprehensive creative and production consulting. Two emotional highlight events were realized at the company’s Northern Germany headquarters. In a heritage industrial venue – a fitting tribute to BAADER’s roots in machine engineering – we staged the company’s history in an immersive and creative way.
The gala dinner brought the brand values to life through a stunning stage show and culinary experiences inspired by BAADER’s worlds of fish and poultry. The employee celebration featured a vibrant international food market, reflecting the cultural diversity of the global team – enriched by interactive entertainment and an authentic brand experience that fostered pride and connection
