Take the Zugspitze, Germany’s highest peak: offering breathtaking views, alpine cuisine, and top-tier event and conference spaces at 3,000 meters above sea level. Around this stunning location, we developed a one-of-a-kind “meetcentive” with outdoor activities in Bavaria’s majestic landscape. At nearby Pflegersee, guests enjoyed a percussion workshop, a gourmet dinner, and danced under the stars on a lakeside terrace—surrounded by untouched nature and mountain silence.
Bavaria also shines through its cities—like Munich, world-famous for Oktoberfest. For this classic corporate event, we design fresh, unexpected programs that offer new perspectives. Beyond Bavarian clichés, we showcase Munich’s modern side: art, avant-garde, and sustainability. At Kunstlabor 2, guests were treated to a genre-crossing music and art performance by young classical musicians, surrounded by bold urban art. The experience included guided tours and creative interactions—and as guests were headed straight to the Oktoberfest afterward, they explored the artwork in traditional dirndls and lederhosen, creating a unique style mix.
Another standout pre-Oktoberfest experience took place in Munich’s Werksviertel, a prize-winning urban development project. Guests explored this cultural hotspot—from artisan food and rooftop farming to cutting-edge design—before heading to an alpine-themed venue above the city. There, they enjoyed sustainability talks, a cheese tasting with “Made in Munich” produce, petting farm animals, and a spectacular 360° view from the Ferris wheel.
We also craft standout experiences in Bavaria’s lesser-known gems—like Bamberg, a hidden champion among travel destinations. This historic city champions sustainable tourism and eco-conscious event formats. Our program featured a dynamic city tour via bike and canoe, followed by a beer workshop with local hops and an unforgettable beer sommelier—pure Franconian joy! Regional, authentic, sustainable.
