A multifaceted annual closing event for Melitta Kaffee at the Alte Werft: two days full of inspiration, exchange, and festive atmosphere – with a conference, team day, and Christmas party for the entire staff. The fully furnished Alte Werft, with its flexible spatial structure and exciting features, offered the ideal setting for presentations, talks, and product showcases.
Around 120 employees experienced a varied conference on day one, followed by a casual after-work get-together with Labskaus and fish sandwiches. On day two, approximately 200 guests gathered for the team day. The creatively staged Melitta brand world – including multimedia presentations and a clear corporate strategy showcase flanked by coffee Bullis, a coffee bar, and a 40-ton truck – emphasized the event’s emotional message.
During the festive Christmas celebration, dancing Christmas trees and a swinging angel greeted guests with cheerful charm at the entrance. The musical vibe came courtesy of a live band, DJ, and a performance by Bremen’s hip-hop legend “FlowinImmO.”
