Every two years, deugro brings together its team from over 40 countries to share and develop strategies, network 350 employees, and boost motivation. In 2024, the event revolved entirely around the company’s 100th anniversary and the motto “Moving Mountains.” A key task was finding a location that suited deugro: large yet intimate, powerful yet authentic and approachable, plus featuring a breathtaking mountain panorama to support the anniversary storytelling.
After thorough research, Gut Brandlhof in the Salzburg region was chosen – an ideal venue for meetings and incentives, surrounded by Alpine peaks. In this perfect setting, we organized a multi-day strategy meeting featuring conferences, workshops, and keynotes, along with plenty of entertainment and emotional moments. Team-building activities such as soapbox car building, Alpine Olympics, and racetrack tests created unforgettable experiences and strengthened employee bonds. The lively birthday dinner party and evening events rounded off the program and fostered a strong sense of community.
