The big reunion with all Lhind employees and their families was all about the new corporate strategy and awakening the new Lhind spirit in the team. To this end, the Lhind community came together at two cool beach locations in Frankfurt and Hamburg.
Special attention was paid not only to the program, but also to the event design, which featured a vibrant, festival-inspired look. A standout visual and emotional highlight at the entrance was the XL rainbow portal, built by the JOKE workshop. Other eye-catchers and popular photo backdrops included symbols representing the company’s core values—also styled in the festival design.
Employees and their families enjoyed an afternoon full of variety: live music, walking acts, children’s entertainment, beach volleyball, an upcycling workshop, photo stations, and an exhibition of LHIND showcases, all complemented by delicious street food.
In the evening, party vibes took over with a great band and a buzzing dance floor.
The LHIND Festival truly delivered on its promise: an incredible community experience after a long “dry spell,” packed with activities that brought people together for meaningful conversations and unforgettable shared memories. The event gave the new corporate strategy an emotional boost and helped set a positive tone for transformation.
